Please note that any support request sent via email can no longer be answered as many of our email addresses are now fully automated and are for internal systems use only and not actively monitored. (Support requests to these email addresses will therefore not be seen – emails sent by reply to your payment receipt or order confirmation email for example)
Our support system allows us to track every support request from start to finish and enables us to comply with our internal SLA deadlines for support requests. (Who hasn’t spent ages just trying to find an email you received last Thursday at one of your several email addresses!)
Once you have submitted your support ticket, you will receive a response from our support staff within 24hrs (excluding weekends) – Please note that this email CAN be replied to.
